Please read the following carefully before entering the Win with Bruidsgids & Ring Artisan competition:
- The competition is open to South African residents only, i.e. participants should be in possession of a valid South African identity document or other valid proof of residency.
- The directors, representatives and employees of Bruidsgids or their immediate family members or any sponsor or service provider associated with Bruidsgids shall not be permitted to participate in the competition.
- Entries received after the entry closing date will not be valid, regardless of the reason for the late entry.
- Bruidsgids reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and shall have the sole discretion to reject any entries should it deem such rejection appropriate and necessary.
- The final decision rests with Bruidsgids.
- Bruidsgids reserves the right to make social media announcements and/or publications pertaining to the winner.
- Bruidsgids will not be held liable for any costs or expenses incurred by a participant during and for the purposes of participating in the competition.
- Bruidsgids is not responsible for any entries not received by us, regardless of the cause thereof.
- Bruidsgids shall not be responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information or any entry submissions that are processed late, incorrectly, incompletely, or lost due to a computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the internet or any website. Late entries shall be invalid regardless of the reason for the lateness.
- Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for their cash value.
- Bruidsgids, sponsors, and all service providers will not be held responsible for any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions in connection with, or resulting from, participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.
- Bruidsgids may, at its absolute discretion, vary the terms and conditions to suspend or terminate the competition, and the participant agrees that they shall have no claim against Bruidsgids for any loss or damage suffered as a result of the variation and/or termination of the competition.
- Your entry into this competition constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- You expressly state that none of the content submitted to Bruidsgids contravenes any Act or constitutes an infringement of the intellectual property rights or any other rights of third parties, and you indemnify Bruidsgids, its directors, representatives and/or employees against any claims resulting from any submitted content by any third party.
- Bruidsgids shall not be liable for any damages suffered as a result of the publication of your content through its platforms.
- Any indulgence or latitude by Bruidsgids in respect of these terms and conditions should not be construed as a waiver or a novation of the rights and obligations in terms hereof.
- Both Parties agree that they will comply with the provisions of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 and Regulations and process all the information and/or personal data in accordance with the said legislation and only for the purpose of delivering the rights and obligations in terms of this Agreement.
- By entering this competition, you give Bruidsgids and Ring Artisan explicit permission to use your details for marketing purposes.
- No change will be issued for this voucher. The voucher is for an item worth R10 000 VAT inclusive.
- The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Courier cost will be at the winner’s own expense.

2.1. BRUIDSGIDS respects your privacy. This privacy policy statement sets out BRUIDSGIDS’s information gathering and dissemination practices.
2.2. This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal information provided to BRUIDSGIDS.
2.3. Please note that, due to legal and other developments, BRUIDSGIDS may amend these terms and conditions from time to time. The version of the terms and conditions effective for this Privacy Policy are indicated by the effective date incorporated in the title of this Privacy Policy. It is your duty to remain appraised of the current version of this Privacy Policy. 3. Processing of Personal Information
3.1. By providing your personal information to BRUIDSGIDS, you acknowledge that it has been collected directly from you and consent to its processing by BRUIDSGIDS.

3.2.3. 3.2.4. BRUIDSGIDS will keep records of all personal Information collected and the specific purpose for which it was collected for a period of 1 (one) year from the date on which it was last used.
3.2.5. BRUIDSGIDS will not disclose any personal information relating to you to any third party unless your prior written agreement is obtained or BRUIDSGIDS is required to do so by law.
3.2.6. If personal information is released with your consent, BRUIDSGIDS will retain a record of the information released, the third party to which it was released, the reason for the release and the date of release for a period of 1 (one) year from the date on which it was last used.
3.2.7. BRUIDSGIDS will destroy or delete any personal information that BRUIDSGIDS no longer needs for the purpose for which it was initially collected or subsequently processed.
3.3. Note that, as permitted by the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, BRUIDSGIDS may use personal information collected to compile profiles for statistical purposes. No information contained in the profiles or statistics will be able to be linked to any specific user.

4.1. BRUIDSGIDS may use standard technology to collect information about the use of its website and social media platforms. This technology is not able to identify individual users but simply allows BRUIDSGIDS to collect statistics.
